Friends and family gathered on Sunday to remember longtime KOMO personality Ken Schram. He died last month at the age of 66 after a long illness.

Schram came to Seattle to work at KOMO in 1977. Over the years, he received numerous Emmy Awards for his work, and also the prestigious Peabody Award.

He is perhaps best known for his "Schrammie" award, given for “the worst of boneheaded decision, and/or the most appalling of asinine behavior.”
