KING 5's Chris Daniels is in Sacramento, where the city and the local NBA franchise are in talks over the construction of a new basketball arena.
The outcome of those talks could determine whether the NBA returns to Seattle. If Sacramento can't cut a deal with the Kings, the team would be looking for a relocation option.
