A Bellevue girl's legacy continues to gain nationwide attention. Nearly three weeks ago, Rachel Beckwith died after a multi-vehicle collision on I-90. "Charity Water" was her favorite cause, helping to build wells in Africa. Since her death, over $1.1 million donations have poured in for the charity. On NBC's Today Show Tuesday, Rachel's mother Samantha Paul talked about the outpouring of support for Rachel's cause.
