The suspect wanted for shooting and killing a man in the parking lot of a Rainier Beach restaurant is in jail Friday.
Troy Sanders, 26, was arrested at an apartment in Greenwood and booked into the King County Jail overnight.
Prosecutors filed second degree murder charges against him earlier this week after police identified him as the primary suspect in the May 16 shooting.
Prosecutors also requested Sanders be held on $2 million bail following his arrest.
Sanders is accused of shooting and killing Courtney Taylor, 31, after there was some sort of disturbance while filming a video outside the Jack in the Box in the 9100 block of Rainier Avenue South.
Police described the scene minutes after Taylor was shot as hostile, with a group of people shouting at officers, challenging them to fight. As a result, police said they were delayed by about five to seven minutes from administering medical attention.
