BLACK DIAMOND, Wash. – The medical examiner has identified a body found in the trunk of a burning car as 39-year-old Denise K. Grigsby of Kent.
Grigsby suffered a skull fracture and cerebral contusions. Her death has been ruled a homicide.
Grigsby's body was found in the car on 223rd Avenue SE off Auburn-Black Diamond Road early Sunday.
A passerby saw the glow of the fire and called 911.
