SEATTLE - Three men have been charged with assault in connection with a stabbing on Feb. 26 at a restaurant in Federal Way.
Two men were allegedly stabbed at the restaurant after a fight broke out among family members. Joseph Leapai, 26, and his brothers John Leapai, 28, and Faapouaita Leapai, 32, are each charged with one count of Assault in the First Degree.
The King County Prosecutor’s Office says an investigation continues and an additional assault charge could be filed regarding the injuries sustained by the second victim.
Bail is set at $50,000 for Faapouaita and $200,000 for the other two defendants.
