Police say at about 2:18 a.m. Saturday , officers were dispatched to a report of a fight between a group of Hispanic males that started Café Arizona at 2012 S 320th.
The men were removed from the bar by security. Once outside, two adult male victims ran away and two suspects caught up to the victims just north of the Denny's and continued fighting.
During the second fight, a 34-year-old SeaTac man was stabbed and received a serious head injury, possibly from being struck by the suspect vehicle.
The suspects then fled eastbound from the scene in a green Ford Mustang.
