SEATTLE -- King County prosecutors have charged a 21-year-old man with second-degree murder in connection with a Federal Way, Wash., shooting that left one man dead and several others injured.
Prosecutors charged Kenneth Sutton Tuesday in the death of 23-year-old Cloise Young of Kent on June 27 outside a bar.
Prosecutors say Sutton started an argument outside the bar by claiming he was a part of a gang. Most of the victims were had not been involved in the confrontation.
Sutton is being held without bail. His arraignment is set for July 23
