Police believe dozens of burglaries at senior mobile home parks in Snohomish county may be connected and have released a photo of a person of interest.

Residents of at least 25 mobile homes have reported break-ins at Carriage Club Estates, Lynnwood Heights, Wandering Creek, Lago de Plata Villa, and Mariner Village. Police say the burglar is hitting multiple homes a night while homeowners are sleeping.

Police say the thief may be targeting senior mobile homes because they’re densely populated (so thieves can hit several homes a night,, the layouts of the homes are small and similar, and the older residents may be perceived to be more vulnerable.

The person of interest is a man, 6 feet tall, 180 lbs, and last seen at the 16800 block of Highway 99 in Lynnwood around 3 am last Thursday.

Anyone with information should call the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office tip line at (425)388-3845.
