A bicyclist fell from the 41st Street overpass in Everett Sunday night after a driver hit the jersey barrier. The 16-year-old Everett resident suffered non-life threatening injuring in the 30-foot fall.
Around 10 p.m., two cyclists were sitting on the jersey barrier on the overpass over Broadway when the driver hit the barrier.
The 52-year-old driver from Everett was also slightly injured. Both the driver and cyclist were taken to the hospital.
Following the incident Interstate 5, the exit ramp, the 41st overpass and Broadway were closed. All roads are back open.
