A small boat was found overturned in Port Gardner Bay near Everett Tuesday morning, near where a man was last seen after his boat flipped Monday.
The U.S. Coast Guard reported dive teams will return to the water to look for the missing victim using sonar equipment.
The 12-foot boat was spotted before 7:00 a.m. north of Jetty Island. On Monday, a 12-foot boat with life jackets tied to the front tipped over near there with two people inside.
One man was pulled out safely, telling rescuers he had been treading water for 30 minutes and saw the missing victim go under.
Coast Guard officials said they do not believe the missing victim was wearing a life jacket.
