One of the stars of the London Summer Olympics, local swimmer Nathan Adrian will be honored in his hometown of Bremerton Monday.
The 100-meter freestyle gold medalist will have a street named after him.
Newly-named "Nathan Adrian Drive" is near the Jarstad Aquatic Center, where Adrian trained as a teen.
The street is located in East Bremerton off Schley Boulevard and across the street from the Aquatic Center.
The street-naming ceremony begins at 4:00 p.m. The public is welcome to attend.
