BELLINGHAM, Wash. - The husband of a woman found murdered in her Bellingham apartment has been arrested on a charge of rendering criminal assistance.
Bail was set at $1 million for Keayn Dunya, who was arrested Monday night on a charge of rendering criminal assistance.
Police have also arrested Kara Jo Buchanan in Kriston Dunya's murder.
Police say Buchanan was in a relationship with Dunya's estranged husband and may have murdered her so Dunya's husband wouldn't lose custody of his son.
Police also say Buchanan attempted suicide after leaving a voice mail message confessing to the crime.
