A man from Bellingham hasn't been seen since leaving for a hike near Baker Lake over the weekend.
Whatcom County Sheriff's deputies and search teams plan to return to Rainbow Ridge on Monday to look for him.
The 69-year-old man, who has not been identified yet, was reported overdue and missing around 10:30 p.m. Saturday night after he went for a day hike on Rainbow Ridge.
Sunday, Whatcom County Sheriff's deputies located his car at the trail head, but no other sign of him.
Deputies said he was hiking alone.
