Internet giant Amazon.com is planning on opening a huge distribution center in DuPont.
The company says the 1 million-square-foot project will create hundreds of full-time jobs with benefits.
Amazon says the $100 million project should open in the fall of 2012. The facility will be a place where workers will pick, pack and ship larger items to customers.
The company has been recruiting military veterans to fill its hiring needs, the distribution facility will be located near Joint Lewis Base McChord.
