Baristas Coffee Company, known for its scantily clad baristas at its drive-thru coffee stands, is making a bid to buy Tully’s.
Seattle-based Baristas announced Tuesday it has formed Baristas Acquisition Partners Inc., specifically to acquire Tully’s.
Tully’s filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in October and has closed down several locations. A hearing on the sale of Tully’s assets is scheduled for January.
