Grain futures mixed, livestock prices fall

CHICAGO (AP) — Grains futures were mixed Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for July delivery rose 2.5 cents to $6.855 a bushel; July corn fell 7.25 cents to $6.435 a bushel; July oats rose 5 cents to $4.0825 a bushel; while July soybeans dropped 30.5 cents to $15.1025 a bushel.

Beef and pork prices fell on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

August live cattle fell 0.45 cent to $1.1907 a pound; August feeder cattle fell 0.45 cent to $1.4547 a pound; July lean hogs fell 0.52 cent to 98.65 cents a pound.
