Ask Dr. Swanson: 70 measles cases linked to Disneyland

The number of measles cases linked back to Disneyland has risen to 70. The state of California is now encouraging families who have not been immunized to avoid the park.

A Disneyland spokeswoman says the park is still safe for those vaccinated, but several families have canceled their trips.

Dr. Wendy Sue Swanson shares if people should reconsider their vacations to Disneyland and ways to protect yourself if you're not vaccinated.
