Nov. 15. 8 a.m. CHENEY ADDRESS — Former Vice President Dick Cheney will deliver the keynote address at the Commercial Finance Association's Annual Convention. No cameras will be allowed during Cheney's presentation, and it is unlikely he will be made available for interviews.

Nov. 15. 8 a.m - 5 p.m. NATIONAL GUARD PLAYGROUND — Members of the Arizona National Guard will hold a ground breaking and prepping the building of a playground to raise drug awareness amongst members of the community. Servicemembers and civilian volunteers will be on-site near the St. Vincent de Paul Food Bank during an Army and Air Force Joint effort to reach out to the community and provide a playground for children of those who visit the food bank. The playground equipment to be erected Saturday. Media should have RSVPed Wednesday.

Nov. 15. 2:30 p.m. FRONTIER AIRLINES FIRST FLIGHT — Airport welcomes Frontier Airlines, the third airline to offer passenger service in Mesa.
