Aug. 9. 8:30 a.m. BIEBER PAPARAZZO ARRAIGNMENT — Arraignment is scheduled for Paul Raef, a freelance paparazzo charged with four misdemeanor reckless driving counts for allegedly chasing pop star Justin Bieber on the Hollywood (101) Freeway in the San Fernando Valley July 6.

Aug. 9. 8:30 a.m. LOS ANGELES ARSONIST — A preliminary hearing date is scheduled to be set for Harry Burkhart, a German national accused of setting a series of fires in Hollywood, West Hollywood and the San Fernando Valley in a four-night crime spree that was possibly sparked by his mother's arrest and pending extradition.

Aug. 9. 8:30 a.m. FOX GREEN PHOTOGRAPHER SUIT — A motions hearing is scheduled in photographer Delbert Shaw's assault/battery suit against Brian Green and his girlfriend, actress Megan Fox. Delbert alleges Green attacked him while he was taking photos of Fox in a bikini in Hawaii.
