SEATTLE -- The West Seattle community is coming together to support Oso slide relief.
On Saturday, the Eagles Club dished up a chicken fried steak dinner with all proceeds going to disaster relief.
People there said their hearts are with the victims and their families, and a community that has to figure out how to move forward.
"I just keep thinking about how are people making a living to feed their families right now with everything that's happened. I teach ballet and that would have devastated my whole business," said ballet teacher Christine Juarez.
On Sunday, about 40 West Seattle businesses will donate a percentage of their sales to the effort.
