Its to easy to take life for granted. I hope you get what you need Tory, sounds like you have a lot of good friends and family behind you.

18125blue, yes, I agree. I have colon cancer, I lost my colon, now I have to deal with a bag. I do own up to it every day and do what's necessary as I have no other choice. Believe me, if this is the only thing I had to deal with, I'd be almost happy. But now I have colon cancer, pelvic cancer, cancer of the liver, cancer of the lungs and a partially colapsed artery to my heart due to medication and treatments, and have had AIDS for 24 years. I guess I'm just trying to say that sometimes it gets a little overwhelming. Did I also mention that I have to shove a catheter inside me every time I have to take a leak?

Life does give you challenges but Tory here has been given quite the challenge. I believe he has owned up to them all. I knew him in High School , please let him be and do as he wants. Tory. you are in my prayers everyday. Do what you need to do for yourself and don't listen to people who think they know what is best for you only you know what is best for you.

I know its hard to handle but i have clients that are in there late 70's doing there own bags. I feel for you but life gives you challenges and you need to own up to that.
