Seattle voters will decide whether to renew two levies to fix the city’s public schools.
Proposition One and Proposition Two would raise $2.6 billion to pay for everything from textbooks to upgrading and rebuilding old schools.
The average homeowner would pay $152 more per year. That’s based on a $400,000 home.
The deadline to mail in ballots is Feb. 12.
