GIG HARBOR, Wash. - The Washington Corrections Center for Women is in the spotlight at this weekend's Gig Harbor Film Festival.
 
Documentary filmmakers focused of a group of Rotarians who have developed a program to help offenders realize their potential.
 
According to the filmmakers, every year 500 women are released from the prison and two-thirds of them are re-incarcerated, many within the first year.
 
The Rotarians' program is trying to help women with resumes and interview skills so they can be productive once they are released.
