The suspect who reportedly stabbed a 14-year-old boy in southeast King County turned himself in on Wednesday after his family saw him on the news.

King County Sheriff's detectives said James "Jimmy" Sweet, 21, stabbed the boy during a dispute at a home near SE 408th Street at around 9:30 p.m. on Saturday.

The 14-year-old victim was transported to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle and is in stable condition, the King County Sheriff's Office said via Twitter.
