SAN DIEGO – If you happen to be in the San Diego area and want to push the limits of unhealthy eating - you are in luck!

Chicken Charlie’s, a food vendor at the San Diego County Fair, will be offering a Krispy Kreme Sloppy Joe.

The sandwich combines two of America’s favorite foods: flavored ground meat, and rather than a bun, a fried pastry covered in gooey glaze.

The restaurant, which claims to be the home of creative culinary concoctions and all things deep fried (Fried Oreos, Fried Kool-Aid, Fried Avocados), announced on its Facebook page in May that the sandwich would debut Saturday at the fair.

They also are featuring Bacon Wrapped Pickles, Waffle Dogs, and Fried Cookie Dough.
