Kootenai County sex offender found in Seattle

COEUR d'ALENE, Idaho -- Ferrell David Arnold who failed to return to Kootenai County Public Safety Building from his court order furlough has been taken into custody, in Seattle.
 
On August 20, 2010, at approximately 8:45 p.m., Arnold was apprehended in Seattle.

Arnold will be extradited back to Kootenai County as soon as practicable.

It may be true that the cops apprehended the man at Myrtle Edwards Park on the eve of Hempfest (yes Hempfest isn't even started yet) and Komo assisted the police in identifying the man, but at least King 5 did not use the headline "Fugitive sex offender captured at Hempfest" like Komo did. This is just irresponsible sensationalist journalism trying to associate sex offenders with pro legalization. Thank you King 5 and Krem 2 for playing it straight on this.

Dirty Pool King5! The HOW and WHERE is missing here! In fact, it's darn hilarous how he was apprehended. Komo4 interviewed Mr. Arnold at Hempfest, became wise as to who he was (after he gave a false name), and the police arrested him. Heck, you even see the police come up from behind during the video taped interview!
