Rain coupled with a few crashes made traffic all over the Puget Sound a nightmare on Halloween.
From what we can gather, here were the incidents that caused so much trouble:
--overturned semi on NB I-405 at 85th
--rollover crash on EB SR 518 at NB I-5
--stalled vehicle on SB I-5 in Shoreline
--crash in on SR 99 at Battery Street tunnel
