A few ideas of things to fill your weekend, June 15-17, from Lynn Jacobson, Features Editor for the Seattle Times:
1. Fremont Fair/Solstice Parade: This annual freaky fest is fun rain or shine. Look for local bands, arts and crafts, a display of art cars and a noon Saturday parade with oddballs of all types.

2. Alice Stuart. The pioneering blueswoman turns 70 this year, and the Triple Door is celebrating with a party. Stuart blazed a trail for blues artists such as Bonnie Raitt and for women in rock in general. She'll perform with her band The Formerlys twice on Saturday night.

3. International Festival of Improv. Unexpected Productions, which presents TheatreSports at the Market Theatre on Post Alley, brings improv artists from Canada, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Slovenia, Switzerland to Seattle through Sunday. Remember: Laughter sounds the same in any language.
