SOUTH BEND, Wash. - The body of a fisherman whose boat capsized Saturday in Willapa Bay was found Monday and recovered by the Washington Fish and Wildlife Department and Pacific County sheriff's office.

The Daily Astorian reports he was identified as 34-year-old Luis Perez of South Bend.

He was thrown into the water with the captain of the 29-foot boat from Bay Center.

The captain was able to call 911. A Coast Guard helicopter from Astoria arrived and rescued the 44-year-old captain. He was not breathing when he was pulled from the water but the crew revived him with CPR.

Searchers could not find Perez on Saturday.
