KENT, Wash. -- As the search continues for Sky Matalwala, in court today the focus was on his older sister. The four-year-old has been in state custody since Sky's disappearance and the state wants it to stay that way.

A social worker with Child Protective Services testified that as recently as Monday, the little girl said she feared her father.

Soloman Matalwala blamed his wife Julia Biryokova, accusing her of coaching their daughter to say he was mean and abusive.

Biryokova was not in court for the hearing today. Her attorney was seeking supervised visitation on her behalf.

But court commissioner Elizabeth Castilleja cited the mother's absence and the father's unresolved custody issues for ruling that the four year old girl remain in state custody at least until the next hearing which is set for December 5th.
