SEATTLE – Cold weather could be the 13th Man for the Seattle Seahawks as they face the New Orleans Saints at Qwest Field in their NFC Wild Card Game. But, it could also keep a few members of the 12th Man from showing up.
Cold air surging inland is expected to lower the snow level to near 500 feet. Showers will be primarily in the convergence zone north of Seattle, roughly between North Seattle and Arlington.
There might be some accumulations of a trace to 3-inches of wet snow mainly in that zone on hills above 500 feet, mainly inland. The convergence zone may drift southward during the afternoon, mostly producing cold rain showers or mixed rain and snow showers.
Highs Saturday will be in the upper 30s to near 40.
