FEDERAL WAY, Wash. - Families who didn’t know each other Sunday, shared tears and hugs Tuesday morning outside of the apartment complex where their loved ones were killed.

“It’s just horrible,” said Patricia Harding, whose niece Justine was killed by her boyfriend Dennis Clark III.

The family did not want her last name published.

Clark went on to kill three other people, according to Federal Way Police.

“I wish this on no family,” said Sylvia Valdovinos.

Her son Caesar was killed in the parking lot of the apartment complex.

His mother said he did not know Clark, and was killed for being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

She left a card for her son at a growing memorial site outside of the complex.

It read: “Caesar, I will miss you with all my heart. I love you. Now you’re with God. He loves you too.”
