It’s another Blue Friday in Western Washington as the Seattle Seahawks fly out to Atlanta to face the Falcons in the playoffs Sunday.
Fans are again being asked to wear their Seahawks gear or blue clothing in honor of the ‘Hawks.
A 12th Man pep rally was held at Renton City Hall Friday with the Sea Gals, team mascot Blitz and Blue Thunder there to to get fans excited. Then fans would then head to the Benson Bridge at 2 p.m. to cheer the Seahawks as their buses head to the airport.
Fans were also invited to line S. 188th Street near the intersection of 46th Avenue S. at 2:30 p.m. as the buses came rolling through.

The Space Needle raised the 12th Man flag again early Friday morning. A 25 foot by 30 foot 12th Man flag was to be flown over Interstate 405 between Bellevue and SeaTac Friday afternoon.
