BELLEVUE -- An early morning fire Monday damaged a $2 million home for sale in Bellevue.
Firefighters arrived at the home on the 3100 block of 110th Avenue SE shortly after 12:30 a.m. They found flames coming out of the back of the home and extending up to the third story.
One firefighter fell through the third floor ending up on the second, but Bellevue Fire says he was not hurt because he was able to hold on to the hose and slide down. But after that, firefighters were removed from the building until the fire could be brought under control.
The majority of the damage was on the second and third floors.
Nobody was inside the home.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
