SEATTLE -- John Rozich is well known in his field. You can see his work in coffee shops, hotels and restaurants all over Seattle. What stops people in their tracks is that his art is created from chalk.

"You see it created before your eyes," John tells us. He's been drawing since he was a child. "I grew up in southern Detroit and I drew cars all the time."  It wasn't until later in life he was able to drive his passion into his career. "There are only a few," a few chalk artists in Seattle.

His wife Lisa is a big fan of her husband's work but not his chalk. "It probably comes from being a teacher."  John says his wife often tells him, "Your hands feel like feet."  Lisa says she tries not to compain, which is a good thing since John says, "I'll never stop doing this."
