Recipe for Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts (for people who think they don’t like them)
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed and large leaves removed. Cut sprouts in half length-wise.
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • Freshly ground sea salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup bread crumbs (gluten free bread crumbs work well, also)
  • ¼ shredded parmesan cheese
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  1. Prep Brussels spouts. Toss with olive oil and a few grinds of salt&pepper in large bowl or ziplock bag. Add bread crumbs and toss again.
  2. Arrange Brussels sprouts in single layer in a 9x12 baking pan. Roast for approx 20 minutes until tender and browned.
  3. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, return to oven for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
