Halibut Ceviche - Salty's Seafood

Ingredients:

8 oz Halibut, Diced

6 lemons, Juiced

1 Roma Tomato, Seeded and chopped

½ Jalapeno, Seeded and chopped

½ Sweet Onion, Minced

1 Bunch Cilantro, Chopped

¼ teaspoon Salt, Kosher

Directions:

1) Marinate fish in lemon juice for 6 hours

2) Strain from lemon juice and fold in ingredients.

3) Serve with chips or avocado slices that are lightly seasoned with sea salt.

Chef’s Fun Tip: Add 2 TB ketchup to make a ceviche cocktail
