Recipe for Tailgating Guacamole

From "The Tailgating Cookbook" by Bob Sloan

Serves 4 as an appetizer
2 ripe avocados, peeled, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 cup thick & chunky salsa mild, well drained
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons diced green chiles
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Tortilla chips and fresh vegetables sticks as desired
  1. In medium bowl, coarsely mash avocados with lime juice.
  2. Stir in salsa, cilantro, chilies, onion, garlic, cayenne and black pepper; mix well.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips and vegetable sticks.
