Stacia Pache tried a number of ways to treat chronic knee pain, including doctors and physical therapists. Frustrated with the continued pain and her inability to find a stabilizing knee band that fit correctly, the Eastside mom decided to create her own. The result: itBandz, neoprene bands made specifically to fit around women's knees, to stabilize them and ease pain during exercise. They also stay put!

Stacia joined guest host Suzie Wiley to talk about the bands and demonstrate how they work. Several of her clients and a physical therapist joined the conversation to share their own experiences with itBandz.

Stacia has this offer for New Day Northwest viewers: 20% off your purchase if you order through the itBandz website and use the code word: NDNW at checkout)
