Pea Sprout, Radish, and Herb Salad

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons good quality olive oil
2 cups pea sprouts
2 cups radish wedges
½ cup roughly chopped herbs, such as mint, chervil, parsley, chives, tarragon, lovage or dill
Sea salt and fresh black pepper
Whisk together the lemon juice and olive oil in a mixing bowl. Toss in the pea sprouts, radishes, herbs, salt and pepper. Serve right away.
