It’s an alarming statistic, nearly 26 million people are living with diabetes in the U.S. alone, and that number is rising each year. November is National Diabetes Month, and one week from today is World Diabetes Day. Dr. Anthony Hoovler from Novo Nordisk stops by to tell us about the work they’re doing to one day find a cure.
Test your knowledge about diabetes by taking this 10-question multiple choice quiz that only takes 5 minutes. For every quiz that is completed, Novo Nordisk will make a donation to the Diabetes Hands Foundation, which connects people affected and works to raise awareness of the disease. Take the quiz and learn more at www.doyouknowdiabetes.com.
