When it comes to sports safety for kids and student athletes, we often hear a lot about concussions, but injuries to the ACL are also common and worrisome. Leslie Rodriguez, an athletic trainer from the Department of Orthopedics and Sports Medicine at Seattle Children's, offers some tips to help prevent ACL injuries. We also hear from A.J. Shropshire, a football player at Roosevelt HS who is now undergoing post-surgical rehabilitation for an ACL injury.
