Ariana Kukors, Olympic swimmer and Director of Health Inspiration for Actively Northwest, powered by LifeWise Health Plan of Washington, joined Margaret to preview an exciting six-week fitness series called #FitMob, which is tailored for people of ALL fitness levels and abilities!

Ariana and Margaret were then joined by P.J. Grassey, fitness expert and founder of XGYM. P.J. will lead the first #FitMob event: a stair climbing workout on Saturday, August 24. He demonstrated a warm-up, with help from Ariana and two LifeWise ambassadors, then showed us the proper form to get the biggest fitness benefit from a stair-climbing workout, before closing things out with a post-workout stretch.
