She stocks her online fridge with nutrient-rich food and each time you click on an item, it tells you the food's benefits and how it can be used creatively in your diet. Today we visit the fridge again and this time - Deb's featuring inspired meal plans that keep our energy up all day long.

Kale Salad Recipe
4-5 cups of kale, chopped with middle rib removed.
Juice of 1 lemon.
3-4 Tbs. of olive oil.
2-4 cloves of chopped garlic.
Salt & pepper to taste.
Red pepper flakes to taste.
2/3 cup of grated parmesan or pecorino cheese.
1/2 cup of bread crumbs OR crumble up a small bag of popchips!
Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt/pepper & red pepper flakes. Pour over kale and mix & let sit for 5 min. Add the cheese & popchips (or bread crumbs) and serve it up!
