Chef Grant Crilly, head chef and owner of a revolutionary new website called ChefSteps.com, joined Margaret to talk about a course he teaches called Spherification - the art of turning a liquid-based food into spheres that resemble cavier and pop with a burst of flavor when you bite into them. Chef Grant demonstrated how spherification works and Margaret event got to try her hand at it!
