Oprah's always talking about living your best life by eating right and staying fit. A workout started by Vancouver based celebrity trainer, Sara Shears, is called Ugi, which is short for "You got it." Apparently, it's great for getting rid of what you've "got," but don't want, especially if you're short on time.
