When it comes to cooking, the French and the Italians have two very tasty, yet very different approaches as to what works better in the kitchen. So we decided to put two of Seattle’s powerhouse chefs to the test to find out which is better for cooking, olive oil or butter? On one side we had Chef Mauro Golmarvi from Seattle’s awesome Assaggio Ristorante and on the other side we had “The Chef in the Hat”, Chef Thierry Rautureau, of the equally awesome Rover’s and Luc.
