Seattle Art Museum will officially unveil “Mirror”, a permanent installation on the outside of their downtown building with a FREE and open to the public party on Sunday, March 24th 6:30-7:30pm.
Taproot Theatre presents “The Whipping Man” a play about a Jewish Confederate soldier returning from the Civil War and two of his former slaves. Runs March 29th thru April 27th.
KINGS: A Boylesque Extravaganza featuring some of the world’s best male burlesque performers, hits The Triple Door on Wednesday, March 27th, 8:00 pm.
The Nordic Heritage Museum presents, Scissors for a Brush by Danish-Norwegian artist Karen Bit Vejle. Karen is a master of “Psaligraphy” which means “the art of drawing or painting with scissors”. Runs thru June 16th. Artist-led tours Friday and Saturday, 3/22 and 3/23.
Abigail Washburn, is a master of the Chinese banjo, composing typical Appalachian folk music for the Chinese banjo and singing in fluent Chinese. Performs Friday, March 22nd @ Town Hall Seattle.
