A Seattle-area photographer is turning his camera and his heart toward building bridges to peace in the Middle East. Andrew Larsen is part of an international group of photographers and artists called Visual Peacemakers. His first assignment took him to Hebron, in the West Bank, where he worked with children and families living through violence and unrest. Andrew documented their stories in photographs, forged friendships and catpured many moments of beauty amidst chaos, as a consultant in Christian-Muslim relations, as well as a Visual Peacemaker.
Andrew joined Margaret to talk about his work and what inspired him to become a Visual Peacemaker, and shared several stories from his journeys.
